Corey's work took us to Lagoon for the day. Peyton didn't get sick (Yea!) and Cannon loved Dracula's castle (should I be worried?). Corey finally had fun being able to ride the grown up rides with Jaxon.

Lollipop tradition - For the past few years, Corey has bought a lollipop for the boys on the way out of Lagoon. It takes a few days to eat the, but they love it!

Camping in Logan Canyon

We went camping again! This time we went up

Logan Canyon with six families and had a great time.

Thanks Uncle Darwin for the use of the 4-wheeler.

Cache Co. Fair

We spent a night at the Cacher County Fair walking around to look at all the exhibits. I thought this picture was too funny not to post!

We borrowed a helmet for our upcoming camping trip and Cannon thought it was so fun to wear. He stuck the helmet on and was riding his bike. As he rounded a corner, the helmet was a little top-heavy and he tipped over. A little irony there that he was wearing a helmet and was injured in a bike wreck!! :)

New Primary Song?

I was putting Cannon to bed and told him I'd sing him a song.

Cannon: "Sing Jesus don't follow me."

Mom: "I don't know that one."

Cannon: "It goes: Jesus don't follow me, Jesus don't follow me. Don't walk in a straight line and take off your glasses."

I guess I missed the day they taught that one in Primary. :)

Peyton started his first swim lessons.

He loves the water and is enjoying being at the pool everyday.

Getting Dressed?!?!

Cannon has always been very independent. Lately he has wanted to get dressed by himself. He knows how to get his clothes on (mostly), but he thinks it is so funny to put them on as crazy as he can and then come and show us.

It's funny until...

Cannon keeps us on our toes! Here's some funny stories.

Cannon: "Don't wear my underwear."
Peyton: "I won't."
Cannon (a little louder): "Don't wear my underwear."
Peyton: "I won't."
Cannon (really loud): "Don't wear my underwear."
Peyton (yelling): "I won't."
Cannon (very calmly): "Why do you get so mad?"


Cannon was having a few days where he kept peeing in his pants. I thought that I would teach him a lesson so I stuck a diaper back on him. As I'm putting the diaper on I asked him who wears diapers and Cannon told me that "Babies wear diapers." So to make a point I asked him what he felt like. He told me "A big boy wearing a diaper." Point lost!
